Graduate Studies Department
The Graduate Studies Unit prepares and monitors the admission plan and academic background documents submitted by all university departments, reviewing them to ensure they comply with the applicable graduate studies regulations and instructions after approval by the University Council. It also issues circulars and instructions related to graduate studies issued by the Ministry or the university. It also monitors the status of accepted and continuing students, from admission to the issuance of the university order granting the degree. The division also issues university graduation orders according to the form approved by the Graduate Studies Affairs Department after reviewing the priorities and completing all required documents. It also issues university orders regarding student admission, termination of relationship, cancellation of admission, withdrawal from study, transfer, hosting, tuition reduction, and extension of study. It also issues letters setting defense dates for graduate students and university orders granting degrees to graduate students (Master's/PhD). It also confirms the validity of university orders, whether for student admission or granting them degrees. Electronic Form 2. Bachelor's and Master's graduation confirmations with their respective barcodes. 3. Proficiency Certificates (Arabic, Computer, National Unified Test Certificate) 4. Official documents of the applicant, including the nationalities of the father and mother, and two copies of these documents. 5. Forms 500, 501, and 504 6. For employees, bring appointment and commencement orders, a summary of service, and a no-objection certificate. The specialization must be general and consistent with the college's instructions. 7. For applicants through the Privileges Channel, bring the channel's specific form. Note: Form 500 consists of two pages that can be printed on one sheet. Two original and photocopied files must also be submitted, along with two CDs containing all the above information.
