Field work in two research stations

Under the guidance of the Dean of the College of Agriculture, Prof. Dr. Idham Ali Abd Al-Muhtarim, and with direct supervision by Prof. Dr. Bassam Ramadan Sarheed, Director of Research Stations at the college, a series of significant field activities have been carried out at Agricultural Research Stations No. 1 and No. 2. These activities aim to support scientific research, including monitoring graduate students' research projects. A significant effort has been allocated to following up on the research conducted by graduate students at these stations. The supervising teams provided the necessary support, including the application of soil and foliar fertilizers to enhance agricultural productivity, improve soil fertility, stimulate plant growth, and increase yields. The activities also included pest control to combat agricultural pests and diseases that may affect production quality. Moreover, attention was given to the college's apiary, weed removal, cleaning of the agricultural environment, and the renovation of plastic greenhouses. These diverse activities align with the vision of the College of Agriculture at the University of Anbar to strengthen its role in community service and the advancement of agricultural scientific research.
