This morning, the College of Agriculture at Anbar University discussed the doctoral thesis entitled (Plasticity Index and its Relationship to Soil Moisture, Clay Content, and Plowing Pattern and Timing) for the student Hamad Khalil Hamad / Department of Soil Sciences and Water Resources. The committee consisted of:

The session witnessed an extensive scientific discussion, during which the discussion committee commended the student's great effort in preparing the thesis and commended its scientific content and results. At the conclusion of the discussion, and based on a careful scientific evaluation, the committee recommended accepting the thesis with a grade of "Complete", with the student making some corrections to meet academic requirements. Congratulations to the student on this academic achievement.
