Based on the principle of scientific cooperation between Iraqi agricultural colleges in all scientific fields, Professor Dr. Adham Abdul Ali, Dean of the College of Agriculture at Anbar University, and Assistant Professor Dr. Shukri Haji Saleh, Dean of the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences at Duhok University, signed a memorandum of understanding to support joint cooperation between the two sides. Professor Dr. Adham Ali Abdul indicated that the agreement was signed to enhance communication through scientific visits and the holding of conferences, seminars, and workshops aimed at developing community service.

For his part, Assistant Professor Dr. Shukri Haji Saleh explained during the signing of the cooperation agreement that the teaching staff of both sides will contribute to academic discussions, whether for master's or doctoral degrees, in addition to joint supervision of graduate students from both sides.

The signing of the agreement was attended by a number of faculty members from both universities.
